A Management Meeting of the Effutu Municipal Assembly, aimed at assessing the performance of the various Departments of the Assembly regarding its achievements chalked in the 2022 Financial Year as well as challenges facing them was held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the Assembly’s Conference.
The Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Francis Asiedu who chaired the meeting welcomed members to the meeting and urged them to discuss issues dispassionately for the betterment of the Assembly.
He admonished the Heads to be disciplined and adhere to work ethics and the code of conduct of the public service.
He cautioned members that, lateness, absenteeism and laziness, will not be tolerated in the 2023 administrative year.
He commended the Heads of Department for their immense contribution in ensuring that the Assembly passed the DPAT assessment.
The Heads of Department then took turns to present their 2022 Annual Reports, Mid-Year Actions plans and achievements of their Departments as well as challenges facing them for discussion.
They were further questioned by members on their presentations to provide detailed information to enable members make informed decision on matters under discussion.
Among the issues discussed at the meeting covered Education, Health, Agriculture, Roads, Infrastructure and Sanitation.
