The Budget Committe of the Effutu Municipal Assembly held its Third Quarter Meeting on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at the Assembly’s Conference Hall.The meeting considered among other things a presentation and discussion of the 2025 Rate Imposition of the Fee Fixing Resolution as well as a presentation and discussion of the Third Quarter Budget Performance Report of the Assembly.It also treated the presentation of the 2025 Draft Composite Budget of the Assembly required for a smooth financial administration of the 2025 fiscal year.The Municipal Coordinating Director for the Effutu Municipal Assembly, Mr. Alhasan Abdulai Issafu noted that the Departmental Budgets of the various Departments and Units of the Assembly needed to be captured at the draft stages to complete the process.He charged the respective Heads of the Departments and Units to cooperate well with the Budget Department of the Assembly for a proper synchronization of the respective departmental budgets to feed into the 2025 composite budget of the Assembly to allow for effective spending.
