The Municipal Coordinating Director for the Effutu Municipal Assembly, Mr. Banini Dzorgbenyui Kwadwo, has charged the staff of the Assembly to tap into each other’s potential to successfully execute the development agenda of the Municipality.
The advice was given at a meeting held on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 and attended by Heads of Department and Units of the Assembly to among other things discuss welfare issues as well as plans to allocate the new office space to the decentralized and non- decentralized departments working within the Municipality.
Mr. Babini Dzorgbenyui whiles welcoming the Departmental Heads tasked them to put in extra efforts to aid the Assembly to achieve its targets and goals for the second half of the year.
He appealed to them to cooperate with each other and offer the leadership needed to contribute their quota to ensure the rapid development of the Municipality.
Mr. Banini Dzorgbenyui admonished the staff to uphold the ethics and code of conduct of the Civil and Local Government Service by eschewing laziness and truancy whiles approaching government with all the seriousness it deserves.
