A meeting of the Management of the Effutu Municipal Assembly has been held with a call by the Municipal Chief Executive on members to brainstorm and come up with plans to effectively prosecute the development agenda of the Assembly.
Hon. Alhaji Zubairu Kassim (MCE) charged Management Members to work assiduously to aid the Assembly in the attainment of the indicators in the Performance Contract signed in Cape Coast during the first quarter of the year.
The meeting held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 among other things discussed Minutes of the Previous Meeting, Reports from the respective Heads of Departments and Units, Accommodation Issues and Development Plans of the Assembly.
Heads of Departments and Units contributed to the discussion in diverse ways and urged leadership of the Assembly to provide the logistics required to deliver on their core mandates of providing services to the people in the Municipality.
The Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Banini Dzorgbenyui Kwadwo, advised members to be time conscious and work with the focus on helping the Government of the day to realize its goals.
