A performance assessment team from the Central Regional Coordinating Council on Thursday, March 2, 2023 visited the Effutu Municipal Assembly to begin an assessment of a performance contract signed between the Municipal Chief Executive and the Municipal Coordinating Director on performance indicators in the 2022 financial year.
The assessment team led by the Regional Budget Analyst, Mr. Bless Darkeh, started the assessment with an entrance conference with the Municipal Coordinating Director and other officers from the Assembly.
The Assessment covered activities and programmes in 2022 with Heads of Departments submitting their documents for the exercise
The assessment team went about their work successfully and ended with an exit conference that allowed for the assessors to detail the strengths and weaknesses of the assessment and advised the officers to organize themselves with the requisite documents needed for the external assessors who would visit the Municipality later in the month.
