The Consultant for the Construction of the Effutu Municipal Assembly Office Complex, Engineer Frederick Gyan Botwe on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 joined the Effutu Municipal Engineer, Mr. Emmanuel Yeboah, who represented Hon. Alhaji Zubairu Kassim, the Municipal Chief Executive for a technical construction site inspection on the facility in Winneba for a visual assessment of the work being performed at a construction site.
This includes a variety of checks, such as the condition of the foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
The inspection was also to enable the team led by Engineer Botwe to create and use a construction to check the safety and security of the site, as well as compliance with the local building code.
It also afforded the consultant and his team the opportunity to ensure that the work being performed was in accordance with the plans and specifications.
During the inspection, the team identified potential issues and recommended for corrections to avoid major faults to save cost to the contractor, Construction Ambassadors and enable them deliver a quality job to the Effutu Municipal Assembly.
The Site Manager, Mr. Kwabena Asiedu took note of the recommendations made with an assurance to correct and fix them before the next site meeting date.
