The Municipal Chief Executive Hon J.B Ninson embarked on tour of some communities to interact with them. The communities are New Winneba, Okomfoadae, Domeabra, Obrawogum, Donkornyeam, Muni. Wide, Low- Cost-Ntakorfam.
Addressing the various chiefs and people the MCE said a number of development projects have been undertaken since the year begun. They are

QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS
During question time a number of issues were raised. Mrs. Faustina Densu who is a trader lamented over the bureaucratic processes they have to go through in acquiring business registration certificate from the Municipality and also unfair treatment they sometimes receive from the Municipal Taskforce and Revenue Collectors.
The chief of the Domeabra Traditional Area appealed to the MCE to liaise with the municipal to improve the market in the community to help the people to get a place of convenience to trade their commodities to save them from traveling to nearby town to purchase goods and also to prevent future disaster.
A teacher at Okomfoadae Ms. Rejoice Amoako complained about the assembly’s inability to complete the classroom block which are deteriorated on time to make teaching and learning conducive for both the students and teaching staffs. The MCE gave the assurance that He is really sorry for the inconvenience caused to the community, teachers and students of such affected schools and the municipality will try to resolve such problems that occurs within such community and others as well, which will aid in smooth operation of educational at activities.
In all over 432 persons participated in the town hall meeting with Akan and in some cases English language being used as the medium of communication.
